VIP wristbands with your own print, from 100 pcs
One wristband per access level: woven wristbands in full colour for VIP guests, vinyl wristbands in a signal colour for backstage and crew. All bands go in one order, the price ladder counts the total quantity of each wristband type, and the proof is drawn while you design. Both closures can only be opened by cutting, so a wristband fitted properly can't be passed on.

The first design is included, then €29 per extra design. Between the steps the unit price falls gradually, and the configurator calculates it exactly.
Ordering from outside Sweden
- Delivery time
- 2–3 weeks after you approve the proof, in every country. Order at least 6 weeks before your event.
- Shipping
- €19 per order, whatever the quantity. You see the shipping at checkout before you order.
- Prices and VAT
- Prices excluding VAT. Outside Sweden we sell to businesses with a valid VAT number from the delivery country: you pay no VAT (reverse charge), and we check the number in VIES at checkout. No VAT number? Email us.
Questions
Which wristband suits VIP guests?
The woven wristband if the VIP band has to last the whole event and match your brand: it is printed in full colour edge to edge and is soft on the skin. Vinyl if you want a signal colour that shows from across the door.
Can the VIP wristband look different from the general admission one?
Yes. Add one band per access level, for example GENERAL, VIP, BACKSTAGE and CREW, at least 100 pcs each. The price ladder counts all bands of the same wristband type in the order together.
Can a VIP wristband be passed on?
Not if it is fitted snugly. The snap closure of the vinyl wristband locks once and the woven wristband has a single-use lock with barbs: both can only be removed by cutting.
When should we order?
Well before the event. Enter the event date in the price box at checkout: it shows the delivery window with dates and the last day to order.
