Three ways to design
- Ready-made design: 50 designs in five families (festival, club, VIP, sport, corporate and student), each in 2–3 colourways. Event name, date, variant (for example VIP FRIDAY) and logo go in the design's text field, in the design's text colour.
- Your own design: you make the whole band in your own software using the template and upload one image per variant.
- Solid colour: one band colour per variant with text and logo, as on the vinyl wristbands. The text can also be repeated three times along the band.
Each variant can have its own design or colour, for example the same design in a different colour for each day, and its own second line. The clasp is black or white, also per variant.
The sponsor's logo
- Add a woven wristband and choose Ready-made design or Solid colour in the band's row.
- Upload the sponsor's logo (PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF or AI) as the logo. The background is removed and the logo cropped right in your browser, and it sits next to the event name.
- Choose whether the logo is printed in colour or in the text colour. In the text colour it shows up on every colourway.
- Ask the sponsor for the logo as a vector file (PDF, AI, EPS or SVG) and attach it as an original file with the order.
If both your logo and the sponsor's should be on the band, or each day has its own sponsor, make your own design in the template and upload one image per variant.

If the image has a different format, it is cropped towards the centre to the band's proportions.
The template
Download the template for woven wristbands (SVG) or the same template as a PDF. It shows the size (350 × 15 mm), the clasp areas (0–20 and 330–350 mm), the safety margin (1.5 mm) and the image format (2,756 × 118 px, at least 2,067 × 89 px). The SVG has two layers:
- Design: draw the band here.
- Hjalplinjer (the guides): the safety margin, the clasp areas at both ends and the part that shows from the front on the wrist. Hide this layer before you export.
The SVG opens in Illustrator, Affinity, Inkscape and Figma. To see the band at actual size, print the template at 100 per cent on A3.
What usually goes wrong
- Text too close to the edge. Keep text and logo inside the dashed line in the template.
- Important information at the ends. That is where the clasp sits. Put the event name and the day in the middle.
- Text too small. The band is 15 mm high. The configurator uses a text size of 9.2 mm for the main text and 3.2 mm for the second line. Don't go much below that.
- Logos from the web. A logo taken from a website is usually too small. Ask for a vector file.
- White is plain fabric. Anything white in the image stays unprinted fabric. It is not transparent.
- Screen colours. The screen is a preview. If a colour matters, such as the sponsor's brand colour, put the colour code in the comment box at checkout.
Step by step in the configurator
- Open the configurator with the Festival template and open the row of a woven wristband.
- Enter the event name and date, upload your logo and choose a ready-made design for each variant (or Your own design, or Solid colour).
- Add one variant per day or zone. Use Duplicate wristband for variants that differ only in colour and text.
- Check the proof. It is drawn while you design and is exactly what gets made.
- Order, approve the proof and attach the original files.

What format should the image have?+
2,756 × 118 px at 200 dpi, which is 350 × 15 mm. At least 2,067 × 89 px. Upload a PNG, JPG or WebP, and attach a vector PDF as the original file if you have one.
Can each day have its own artwork?+
Yes. With Your own design each variant has its own full-band image, and with a ready-made design each day can have its own design or colour and its own second line.
Does full colour or several designs cost extra?+
Full colour costs nothing extra, because woven wristbands are printed edge to edge. The first design is included; each additional design costs €29.
