How long it takes
The proof is drawn while you design, and you approve it when you order. Checkout allows 1 working day to check the files, then 2–3 weeks for production and delivery. The bands are made in China.
Before you place the order, checkout shows the estimated delivery window with dates and week numbers.
Plan backwards

A recommendation, not a rule. Ordering 6 weeks before gives you 3 weeks of margin on the delivery time. With no margin, the last day to order is 3 weeks and 1 working day before the event.

Don't wait for the full line-up
The order is binding once the proof is approved. Go through texts, dates, colours and quantities one more time before you approve.
The band does not have to wait for what isn't printed on it. Event name, date and day or zone are enough. Artists, stages and times can be settled later.
If you are in a hurry
Enter the event date in the price box and it shows the last day to order. If standard delivery won't make it, choose express at checkout: the bands arrive about 2 weeks after proof approval, for €99 extra. We confirm the date within one working day.
When the bands have arrived
Count the bands against the order on the day they arrive, not the day before the event. Sort them by entrance and day and keep them locked away. Why is explained in the guide to single-use wristband security.

With no margin, 3 weeks and 1 working day before the event. We recommend six weeks.

Yes, with express at checkout: about 2 weeks from approved proof for €99 extra. We confirm the date within one working day.
Can we change anything after ordering?+
The order is binding, but as long as it has not gone to the factory you can change it with the Change the order button on the order page, and a paid order as long as the price stays the same. Go through texts, dates, colours and quantities one more time before you approve.
Can we order well before the event?+
Yes, but the bands arrive 2–3 weeks after proof approval, even if the event is much later. If you want them closer to the date, place the order later and save the design as a draft until then.
