Terms of sale – summary in English
This is a short English summary of MyDoorPass's terms of sale (Swedish version draft 2026-10-21). It is a draft, provided for information only: the Swedish terms are the ones you accept at checkout, and they prevail if this summary differs.
1. Who the terms apply to
We only sell to businesses, associations, public bodies and other organisations, not to consumers. You confirm that you are ordering on behalf of your organisation. Your own purchasing terms do not apply unless we have accepted them in writing.
2. Order and contract
When you approve the proof and the terms and click Go to payment, your order is saved and you pay for it at checkout; the contract is formed once the order has been paid, and an unpaid order does not go into production. We check the files within one working day; if the content breaches section 3 or the price is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order before production at no cost to you. Once the order has gone into production, the full price is payable even if you cancel.
3. Proof and your responsibility for the content
The bands are made exactly as shown in the proof you approved. You are responsible for the text, spelling, dates, colours, logo and quantities, and you confirm that you have the right to use all logos, trademarks, images and text in the design. We do not print content that is illegal or offensive, or that infringes anyone's rights.
4. Colours, sizes and quantities
Colours vary between screens; the proof shows layout and content, not the exact shade. Vinyl follows the factory's colour chart; fabric wristbands are printed in full colour by sublimation, and Pantone colours cannot be guaranteed. Minor deviations within manufacturing tolerances are not defects. If we deliver fewer bands than ordered, we will credit the difference.
5. Price and payment
Prices are shown at checkout in Swedish kronor (SEK) excluding VAT; euro amounts on the English pages are approximate. VAT is added as required by law. Businesses in another EU country with a valid VAT number pay no Swedish VAT (reverse charge). You pay the full amount including VAT at checkout when you place the order, by card; the receipt is sent from the checkout. Production starts once payment is complete.
6. Delivery
The delivery window is shown at checkout and in the order confirmation: normally 3–4 weeks for orders of up to 10,000 bands per product. Delivery is DAP (Incoterms 2020) to the address you provide. If the bands arrive after the event date stated in the order for reasons attributable to us, you do not pay for the late bands.
7. Inspection and complaints
Check the bands on arrival. Report transport damage within 2 working days, visible defects within 5 working days and before the bands are used, and other defects within 3 months. If the bands do not match the approved proof, we will reprint them and send them by express at our cost, or credit them if there is not enough time. Errors that were in the proof you approved are not defects.
8. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or the cost of a cancelled or disrupted event. Our total liability for an order is limited to the order price excluding VAT, except for intent, gross negligence or liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or defects caused by events outside our control, such as stoppages at the factory or carrier, customs decisions, strikes or transport disruption. If the obstacle lasts more than 4 weeks, either party may cancel the undelivered part without liability for damages.
10. Intellectual property and references
You retain the rights to your design, logos and text, and grant us the right to use them to make your bands. We never show your bands, name or logo as a reference without your written consent.
11. Retention of title
The bands belong to us until they are paid for, to the extent the law allows.
12. Personal data
We process personal data according to our privacy policy (in Swedish).
13. Law and disputes
Swedish law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Disputes are settled by the Swedish courts, with the district court for our registered office as the court of first instance.
